We only accept the return of products originally purchased through the www.facemoves.com website. If the product was purchased from one of our authorized partners, please contact them directly regarding your return.
Prior authorization is required on all returns.
Frequent return requests are subject to evaluation. We reserve the right to deny numerous refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products
Returned items are subject to inspection and should contain original packaging and product content. Returned products may not be altered or damaged.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
The return must meet our return policy criteria to qualify for a refund; if the product is not accepted it may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
We do not accept any product returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
US Shipping Policy
At the moment we only offer shipping in the U.S.
Orders will usually ship the next business day. Shipping is conditional to stock availability and payment authorization.
Shipping rates, sales tax and other fees will be calculated at checkout and indicated in the order summary.
No delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses is available.
